Petrichor opened in 2019 and is owned by Jill Viselli, an island resident and longtime sommelier. The restaurant’s extensive wine selection caters to every taste, and all available by the glass. Chef Tyrone Williams creates elevated comfort food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. “We’re not pretentious and don’t have that ‘upscale wine bar’ feel,” says Viselli, “We just want people to be able to come in as they are and have some great food and drink.”
